RNG can get you rly frustrated...but it's fair.
Everyone has the same chances.
If you're lucky, you make five runs and get the systems,
if you're unlucky you can do 100+ runs without getting them.
I'm still farming for Saryn's systems,
stopped counting at the 100th run...
This is RNG.

Had the same problem.
Checked the options and there was the source,
master volume down.
If something like this happens again, maybe next time some changed graphics settings,
check the options ingame first :-)

There should be no items in game that cannot be earned, by all players, other than purely cosmetic skins that have no game effect.
Excalibur prime and the Skana prime being only for paying founders, stands completely against this equality of play that should be of paramount importance.
I have paid money for color palates and can even live with paying for storage space, but to pay for an item, that other players cannot earn in game, makes me feel ill, and want to quit this game.
This is about fairness of play and good gamesmanship. I don't want to get my weapons and frames with my wallet, I want to earn them in game and feel I accomplished something.
If this pay to win element doesn't change I will be leaving this game.
Another change that is a must is:
Catalysts and Reactor alert missions should also remain rare, but when they do appear should last for a long time, where players can win one as long as they play on that day that they appear. Much like the survival reward.
I am certain I am not the only one who is sick of coming home after work to find out they missed the one catalyst or reactor alert for the month by a few minutes and knowing its going to be another month before we get a chance to miss it again. I don't like buying anything that gives me advantage in game it makes me feel its unearned. Let us earn our items in game!
Warframe is no P2W.
Plat can get you items faster if you don't want to farm them.
And only cosmetics (colors, sentinel apparel) are only purchasable with plat.
Your post sounds more like you're jealous of the founders.
Well, I'll tell you this:
DE has developed an awesome F2P game, is still working on it and improves it.
I'm a founder and I'm proud of it.
Excalibur Prime? A nice gift, but I didn't get founder because of that
or the plat. It's more my way to show DE what a great job they have done with this game.

I had this happen too, only with ammo packs and ciphers. It's extremly annoying, not for the credit loss but because buying things is such a colossal pain in the &#!.

No. I shouldn't have to use forma to increase my damage any more then by using mods.
If anything, using a rank 30 weapon should give more damage value then a level 1, that if any increase would be the one I opt for, not forma increasing damage.

Something like 2% dmgbonus to basedmg for every lvl.

Learn to use proper english. if you are bad at spelling (and or a ESL like me) use firefox or chrome or something with a built in spell checker.
Unnecessary to offend someone like that.
We all get the context of OP and didn't need to offend his grammar.

PVP will come, but it will come slowly.
Primary target of DE is to get the PVE running the way it should
(Warframe is a coop-game, remember that).

I guess there is another thread like this,
but the search function in the forums are, well, bad.
I wouldn't say that the ingamechat sucks,
but it's not good at all.
I think there is space for some kind of improvement/recreation.
It is too confusing and it's easy to miss messages
from your clanmembers or
it's too circuitous to invite someone in your group.
I personally don't like the ingamechat and try to avoid
to Steam or something else.
And this shouldn't be needed for such a great game like Warframe.

The third skill (roar),
increases the dmg output of your entire squad.
It's pretty useful.
