    I have to largely have to agree with. Scripted content (quests) will be fantastic to retain the new players. But for those that have been around for a while, it would be worth having a system that could generate its own content, one such instance is maps. Whilst there is a huge array of tile sets, DE think that by changing starting locations on the same tile set makes a new map..... it does not...

    XBOX and PS4 are released products, read the description for the game. NO where does it say the game is a beta... PC players are testers agreed. We test for the XBOX and PS4 patch releases... But we are not beta testers.

You also didn't read half of my post it seems because I explicitly stated that being brought someplace by friends is something I do not want taken away, I don't, however, want it to unlock the node and allow people to skip progression. The fact that some people want everything and want it *now* without working for it I think is rather sad.

     

    Doesn't skip progression so you don't need to worry about that. Leave the sad people to themselves, that's less worry for you.

  4. Ask for help in region chat, I always help people when they ask nicely. I even help random that invite me randomly. Most people will...For some reason most Tenno generous and are in most cases just looking for other people to hang out with...

  5. Oh god. You dont bring Frost for Infested as that is conterproductive and annoying for other players.

     

     

    Yes, Bubble slows down enemies but at the same time blocks shots from outside. And once Toxic Ancients start crawling around, you dont want to be near them ( they have nasty instakill attack ).

     

     

    DO NOT BRING FROST FOR INFESTED! EVER!

  6. This would be my ideal setup for Void. Highest possible Corrosive damage/ammo @ 1158/ammo (Builder is still calculating redcrits wrong) (4632 dmg/ammo with headshots). This gives a 5.32% chance to proc on first tick, and 17.73% on subsequent ticks. 

     

    I expect that a full status build would be better for REALLY high level gunners (only 910 dmg/ammo but 9.3/33% proc rate respectively), like level 150+, but by that point you should be using Viral and 4x CP auras.

     

    Have you used that ideal build? Because without ammo mut or rifle scavenger i imaging your dps would be 0 after you ran out of ammo or are you assuming a certain team composition to get more ammo consistently?

     

    I've tried a similar build in the void in both survival and defence, its hard on the ammo management. I found decent success when running with a Nekros but otherwise it was tough

    Alternatively, drop Flow and use Fleeting.  This will give you a ~25s duration but drop the energy cost from 70 down to 25.  Now that Vortex has a timer the need to cast it more frequently is not much of an issue.  I'm still waiting for this change on the PS4 but I think having 75% efficiency matters more than having 6s duration per cast.  Flow also works against energy restores and collecting energy orbs as more of each is required to refill the energy pool but you already know that.

  8. Correct me if I am wrong, but stalker has non-hit scan weapons. I.e a bow and throwing knives..

     

    My method for dealing with stalker... step by step

     

    1. Equip low level Weapons and Warframe (0-15). Make sure you take with you one Max/forma'd/ weapon. Estimate conclave sub 600.

    2. Choose a map his likely to appear and that is useful to you. ie Farming orokin cells, plastids, credits etc.

    3. Play these missions till you vomit of boredom, nodes can be quite challenging when you have a low level frame.

    4. When the lights starts to flicker, clear the room of mobs ASAP

    5. if possible use a room that has plenty of room to move and obstacles

    6. Run rings around him whilst he tries to shoot you with Dread/Dispair... he is a one trick pony at distance...

    7. Things not to do....

         a. stand on boxes. Doesn't work any more

         b. try to NOT use/rely on abilities Rhino Skin, Invisibility or any other ability he can dispel. He can dispel them all. What a prick!

         c. engagement man to man, its a  big risk as he may slashdash/flashdance one shot you...

     

    Example.

    1. Load newly forma'd Booban and Boar Prime.

    2. Load max Angstrum

    3. Load Seurcha

    4. Farm for credits and exp

    5. Pray to RNGesus

    6. Reload and pray some more

    7. Stalker appears, jump off S#&$ your standing on and start moving around...

    8. Once you see him mark him, "normally G" than proceed to shoot him with said Angstrum

    9. Profit... unless RNGesus doesn't like you and he doesn't drop anything...

     

    This has happened multiple times to me.... Stalker never learns...

  9. Basically if you want max damage you'll have to use HC. HC will make any weapon useless after 30-35m, even within 30m you are still going to find that HS may miss on occasion. But consider this, most mobs will find it hard to hit you past 35m anyways since you'll be consistently moving.

     

    If you don't maximise HC, consider using elemental mods as the damage is roughly on par. Plus you get the advantage of Damage 2.0 effects if you combine your elemental.

Its pretty simple.  If you kill something with your weapon the XP is split 50/50 between that weapon and your frame.  If a squad mate kills that same something the xp split is 25% to your frame and 75% to your weapons.  With three weapons equipped each gets 25% but with only one it gets all 75%.

     

    If you are only equipping one weapon as suggested it is better to let someone else get the kills.  

    Are you saying there is a hard cap of 25% to your warframe? In addition what if two of the three weapons equipped are level 30?

     

    Is this why I get invited to ODD and have to do 90% of the work for the free loading bastards that expect me to carry them to 20+ waves. Than they complain post 14.5 when vortex doesn't suck all the mobs and they actually have to do work?

  11. No it is not solo locked. If you need help on the mission you can select the mission and then invite others into the game. They can help with the survival and hive missions as they are quite difficult for player with a starting frame and crappy mods.

     

    The two missions are solo-able you just a decent frame as the spawn rate for some reason is spectacular!
