Avalier!!!  have a few 30 frames. Rhino, Nyx, Trin.

[Rhino Charge Broken?]

So I got Rhino a few days ago and was trying out the new skills and was also able to upgrade all of them once. I get into a game and use charge and my guy goes about two steps and stops. After trying it again and again I just take the ability off of the frame. I see a video today and this guy is charging a HUGE distance over and over again...so my question is this...is it broken at the moment or do the other two upgrades on the ability really make that big of a difference?
