  1. I was playing a tower 3 survival with some other people and everyone could hear a sword swing once in a while. There was a Loki Prime in the party using the Nikana Prime and his sword swings could be heard from any distance. The swing was only heard once in a while and we discovered it was one attack from the blocking combo of Blind Justice.

that's how the tonkor was designed initially tho.

Yes further proving that it's not a good idea since the tonkor is OP as hell with its only set back being extra mobility.

make it if you fire the tonkor within 5 meters of your self or allies it sends you(or them) flying.

All that will do is promote trolling. DE should either give the tonkor more self damage, or remove self damage from the game.

  4. the fact that people have to go to Draco and just mindlessly kill things to level their gun's at a descent rate is the real problem. It's not that Draco needs to be nerfed; it's that the best way to get affinity is through killing a tun of enemies. The only other option was keeping a stealth multiplier but that is a lot harder since enemies are now aware of deaths around them which makes Draco the best option. Demonstration of skill should provide more affinity gain per minute then mindless killing; this would completely remove the problem of some mission types being better for affinity than others.

I feel that the focus system has started in the wrong direction.

    Things I don't like:

Firstly the mechanic of leaving your warframe and controlling your Tenno doesn't make sense. Warframes are there to channel and focus a Tenno power, yet when activated the Tenno seem to be able to control their power completely fine. Another issue is movement and time usage; when you activate focus you move slowly and no matter how far you travel you are sent right back to your warframe and accomplish something other abilities can do in a split second. I have nothing against the Tenno existing but I think their presents in focus abilities is unnecessary.

The second problem is how the abilities are presented. We have two lasers that are different colours (madurai and unairu), two wave-like pulse things that are different colours (naramon and zenurik), and an aoe pulse. The visuals are quite underwhelming, and none of the abilities physical forms really scream out which school they are from.

The third and biggest problem is the abilities themselves. Focus is supposed to temper and make our warframes stronger yet all that’s available is abilities that offer mediocre crowd control, damage, and heals. The passives are great; but that's all I see as useful since the abilities are temporary. The focus system is also way to focused on the abilities themselves; when I thought it was safe to assume that we would be Improving our warframe and not a single ability that might take 10 minutes to cast at max rank.

Brainstorming on how to change it:

    >Make the Focus system more oriented around permanent buffs that improve your warframe and are not bound by a 180 second wait or give two completely different skill trees, one for the ability, and one for passives.

    >Kick out the incorporation of the Tenno and just let the warframe cast the ability so we can still run around without unnecessary setbacks.

    >Instead of ability ranks increasing the ability cool down it should decrease it a little.

    Focus system idea:

    >Give the abilities more character:

-Madurai: A giant death beam from the heavens that lights everything on fire.

-Vazarin: Gives an energy shield that absorbs damage from the front and releases it with a multiplier to the damage dealers when the duration ends or when the caster deactivates it.

-Naramon: Grants the ability to see all loot crates/containers and enemies through walls, provides innate punch through, and shows one weak spot on enemies that were around for the casting of the ability.

-Unairu: Lets you become invincible, and at the end of its duration disarms all enemies and causes them to takes increased damage.

-Zenurik: Slams all enemies around you right to the floor in a large aoe that lingers for a duration of time. The ability opens up enemies to ground finishers and leaves them forced to the ground indefinitely.

These abilities are upgraded to a max level of 3, gaining more power at each rank and are upgraded with focus points. These abilities have no skill tree since the focus of this system is the passives and not the temporary abilities.

    >Passives:

    -Madurai

Base skill: increased movement speed and mobility.

    • Melee kills increase movement speed.

    • Increased reload speed.

    • Extra base fire damage and status chance to all weapons.

    • Increased ability casting speed.

    • When shields are depleted movement speed, fire rate, melee speed, and mobility are all. Increased.

    • Enemy aggro range is decreased.

    • Invisibility while rolling and wall latch.

Focused around taking enemies out fast and recklessly.

    -Vazarin

Base skill: reduced damage while sprinting.

    • Increased holster speed.

    • Increased mobility.

    • Melee blocks 100% of damage.

    • Parry finishers do fatal damage.

    • If no damage is taken while enemies are aggroed, a damage multiplier will be applied which will slowly increase until damage is taken.

    • Melee combo counter lasts longer.

    • Reduced damage taken while airborne.

Focused around quick thinking and paying attention to your opponent.

    -Naramon

    Base skill: Adds/increases enemy radar.

    • Consecutive kills on a specific enemy type will provide a damage multiplier until another type of enemy takes damage.

    • Elemental damage is increased against the enemies they are most effective against.

    • Status effects are stronger.

    • Increased critical chance on headshots.

    • First shot on an enemy has 100% status chance.

    • If an enemy is completely scanned in the codex, critical chance is increased against them.

    • Previously scanned enemies drop more loot.

Focused around applying and gaining knowledge to use on the battlefield.

    -Unairu

    Basic skill: flat damage resistance.

    • Increased armor, health, and shields.

    • While damage is being taken a damage multiplier will be applied which will slowly increase until damage stops.

    • Take reduced damage while interacting with something.

    • When shields are depleted they will be instantly restored.

    • Enemies who damage you will be gradually slowed.

    • Enemies may retreat if you take damage from them long enough.

    • When shield is depleted an aoe stager will activate.

Focused around being an unbreakable cc wall.

    -Zenurik

    Basic skill: energy pool regen

    • One shot kills grant a little health and energy.

    • Invulnerable to stager.

    • Ground finishers are an instant kill.

    • Abilities that stun or immobilize enemies leave them in fear after.

    • Blast procs trigger at random when doing damage or taking damage.

    • If meleed, the enemy that hit you will run away.

    • Running into enemies knocks them down.

Focused around stopping the enemy in their tracks and displaying absolute power.

All of these passives would have 3 ranks and increase in effectiveness at each rank. Only 5 passives from a school may be active at a time. Each skill is ranked up with focus points.

With proper balancing and an enemy scaling rework;  I feel this focus system would be a great addition to the game, and would be a great candidate to replace our current one.

  6. I feel like the skin has some odd proportions. The legs are a little short, shes stocky, and has a long neck that doesn't fit with the rest of her body. The original concept art was sleek simplistic and well proportioned, but it doesn't look like it was translated into the game very well. I see the same problem with the Loki deluxe skin which is also very wide and stocky, no idea why this is a trend.

  7. If there is anyone out there that wants to rid themselves of a prime chamber please send me a PM so we can negotiate on a price! I would just keep putting this in trade chat but the results so far haven't been that great.
