[Helios throwing itself away (deconstructor issue)]

This is actually something I've noticed for a while, but where carrier is no longer the god king of sentinel mountain, I figure it's time to make a thread in case anyone else has noticed it too.

I'm not sure what the cause is, but occasionally Helios's deconstructor-launched part will fire off as normal, but rather than ricocheting back home, it'll just keep zipping around the map at hyperspeeds. Fortunately Helios is a trooper and will keep going on without the part.

None of the times I've done some screenshot key mashing have managed to get a shot of the wayward pieces bouncing around, but I do have a recent shot of my Helios sans two pieces, and a way older picture where it was down to a single piece left.

[A Tale Of Two Heks]

So I'm finally getting around to building up a proper shotgun since I guess sometimes a sortie will make you bring one. In the process, I noticed something about the Hek and the Vaykor Hek. I am reasonably sure these two pictures speak for themselves.

 

 

 

Same model, same colors, vastly different end appearance. I don't know what all goes into a PBR treatment, but it seems odd that only one version of the hek got it.
