This was fixed for me after my glyph was no longer the snowday one. I made a bug report on it as well.
My assumption is that it happens when something is removed from your gear wheel such as when they removed the snow day glyph.

I think its due to the snowday glyph being removed from players gear, so only those that had it equipped when it was removed are affected by this.

Was doing a faction capture mission when i wanted to take out my scanner, pressed Q then the white boxes popped up on my screen. The only thing i can do is open the chat by clicking the icon, other than that no buttons work so i had to force quit the game.

Equinox is probably my go to frame for anything, nuking the map feels too good

I think any infestation mission will get a juggernaut spawn. You just have to kill enough infested to lure it out.
Maybe try exterminate missions like Saxis, or even capture on Isos.

You mean like the one on Sechura, Pluto?
The wiki has all the dark sector missions listed so you dont need to search them out.

I Started the intercept mission on earth and we did round one when the host left and it did the migration thing, but after that no enemies spawned for every round after letting us do as many waves as we wanted.

Dont know what gives you the idea that i would be in a small portion of the community, just looking at the steam charts for warframe shows that content updates peak the playerbase before it dips, rinse and repeat.
