It is official we have been pushed aside so they can spend their time making sure the people who could update keep spending money on the game. Why help us when we aren't generating a profit at the moment.

This is a poor excuse for customer service. Why won't you update us on the progress, or is just that you monkeys haven't made any since the failed hotfix?

Why aren't we getting anymore news. Last thing I saw was the hotfix post but that was a fail.

Microsoft support "here on our end we do not yet have an update for warfare." So DE says we are waiting on Microsoft and Microsoft says they haven't received squat from DE...which ones true?

I am currently speaking with Microsoft support and have been told that "only the game developers which is digital extreme who can process the update and the game cert since Microsoft are not the ones who can update it."

So the "hotfix" was a "hotfail". Can we get some kind of news on progress? I'd even accept an "abandon all hope" post by now.

Too bad there isn't a way download the update from the website, put it on a flash drive and install it to the game directly from there.

Comments like the ones most of us are making aren't meant to get them down. They're meant to get them up and around to actually fixing these issues instead of just telling everyone to wait on something that they probably are too busy counting money to bother fixing.

Don't listen to anything they tell you about how to solve the problem. It's all a load. I've bought multiple $4.99 bundles and I've contacted both DE and Microsoft and I've still been waiting two weeks to either get a refund or my product that I paid for.

I'm sorry but after this epic failure and the $20.00+ that I've lost to you from the whole platinum fiasco. I think I'm done with this game. Fun game, horrible management.
