[I merged my psn to my pc as primary and i can't seem to login now. help?]

Same is happening for me I linked my Xbox account to a new pc account I created it’s says the pc account is linked and my Xbox is the primary but I cant login on pc says wrong info

I logged on today and linked my Xbox account to a new pc account that I had to create to be able to link but when i try to login on pc it’s keeps saying my info is incorrect when i login to the website with my Xbox and check my account info it shows the email I have connected but I’m not receiving emails all the time and it won’t let me reset my password so I just can’t login on pc idk what to do
