Many players from Latin America, specially Chile aren't able to connect to the game, personally i can't even access the update servers.

This issue has been going on for about a week and i haven't seen anyone speak to DE about this, only people wondering why this is happening on our comunities.

Chilean player here, i haven't been able to play since like a patch or 2, my launcher can't seem to connect to the update servers

when i get to ordis and it tells me to press 5 to use transference the screen goes to black, lotus ordis and i talk, and then when ordis asks am i interrupting the dialog ends and im left in a black screen, what do i do ?
