So in layman's therms i would have a 50:50 chance of scoring a kill with 3/5 of damage or a 100% chance of scoring a kill with 4/5 of damage?

Ok so here is the deal, i've forma'd my rakta cernos and equiped the following build:
Serration, split chamber, argon scope, bladed rounds, vital sense, point strike, stormbringer and infected clip.
The status chance is arround 25-26%.
What would be the diffrence if i equip 2 dual stat mods instead of the elemental mods, let's say high voltage and malignant force. The status chance would be around 57%.
What benefits would the weapon have and what downsides?
I've been playing warframe for a year or two and im MR20 but i have never understood the status thing.

So archwing missions are as follows:
-intercept
-exterminate
-sabotage
My idea about a survival mission would be for the enemy to have a shield around the map that protect them from radiation from the sun. Once entering the mission the enemy would detect the players and deactivate the power generator for the shield but the shield system would use its backup battery power to slowly loose integrity. Players would have to pick up battery packs that downed enemies would drop and the Lotus woukd send in ocasional large battery packs that would be guided automaticly twords the shield generator station on an asteroid.
Now this is just my suggestion/idea. Post on what you think (ideas, improvements, should it be added or not, etc)

Update is bugged. A lot of bugs have apeared in the companion level. Sentinels and kubrows can only have one ability (for instance vaccume) and thats it. And a couple of other bugs
