Looks like my archwing is working now. I managed to complete the quest mission and an alert.

I'm having the exact same issue. I had it happen twice last night, and now again today. Apparently I'm not able to jump while that's happening, but I can sprint, slide, and adjust my vertical position with Valkyr's Rip Line.
