What's The Point Of The Handle On Hek?

Just a random thought, but the handle seems to lack any purpose since the Tenno hold the weapon in their right hand and the handle is also on the right side. Even if it were on the left side, they hold the gun by the barrel, but it would at least make sense.

Unless it is made specifically for some left-handed warfames we are still unaware of :?

It's entirely possible that it serves a different purpose. Perhaps as a cooling unit or something or it could even act as a form of sighting device.

Wrong, its a so called awesomness-injection unit, can also be found on the gorgon.

Following the tenno rape gangs, grineer wanted to have the tenno awesomeness of the tenno for themselves and started installing awesomeness-injectors on all their equipment.

The infested use a similar approach with a slightly lower level of tech, the "eternal face palm".
