Mob Scaling/behavior Changes

Infested are boring to fight.  They do nothing and generally you never get hit by any of them but ancients or runners.

It would be much more interesting if higher ranked enemies had a high chance to perform their given abilities faster, or have more.  IE less telegraphing time with a charger's charge, a scorpion's pull, etc.  They become much more reliably dangerous, instead of remaining fodder no matter what level you are.

Mobs and rescue targets are still running in circles btw.
