All of my Settings Reset

When I launched the game today, I was greeted by a default login screen that did not remember any of my account info like it usually does, and at a significantly lower resolution than normal. When I logged in I found every single one of my settings reset. All of my custom keybindings were gone. I had to struggle to remember all of my settings that I set ages ago and can't really remember playing without them. Not only that, but all my favourite colours were wiped and my default mod order settings were reset. It was perfectly fine last night, and the only two causes I can think of, the recent hotfix and recent Windows update, both completed before the last time I played, when my settings were still intact.

EDIT: All the NPCs in Fortuna are introducing themselves to me again even though I'm at the rank of Old Mate with Solaris United
