Relay reconstruction could play same as disruption.

Grenier would be enemy (isn't that what fomorian is?)

Key is a "relay rebuild tool"  or battery for a rebuild machine. The key would be dropped by a Grenier guy. Since we are rebuilding it can give us a boost (positive), or could be negative for ease of adaptation given already built in mechanics in disruption mission. Battle would take place in broken relay tile set. Overall reconstruction would be based off of the total number of players "helping".

The guy destroying the console could be an infected that Grenier release from a cage, maybe phorid. Or just a nox, or grustrag three guy.
