Caliban Rescue

Why is the rescue mission @ Caliban so nasty? I can't move fast enough to hack more than one jail cell or the hostage dies. Getting into the area the hostage is in order to give her a weapon after hacking doesn't need to be so difficult either. Why would you create such a mission like this and not have it as an extra node that doesn't impede in progress? The same insane time limitation is imposed in the rush Archwing mission. Ridiculous. i thought I'd like this game but there are too many lousy missions that i have to google for help in order to beat (many assassinations come to mind). Not everyone has the ability to perform light speed keyboard entries. If I have to enlist others to succeed @ the mission what's the point of playing?
