Warframe camera/way looking bug, unable to use anything unless you die

PLEASE SEE VIDEO FOR Explanation as I cannot really explain it well.

when like this I couldn't use abilities or shoot, only aim and move the camera/warframe around to point different ways, the only 2 ways of fixing this is either to die or go into archwing mode, I've had it happen 3 times total, twice as inaros in disruption which i had to leave to fix because of how hard it is to die as inaros and i couldn't go archwing mode in that obviously.

I had this issue as well. Unable to use abilities or operator. Dodging was also disabled, but i could slide and bullet jump. It seemed to happen after I dodged and picked up an Ayatan star. Had to fall out of bounds to get out of rift, then let enemies kill me and revive.
