Make Resurgence Tokens pickup on key press or allow extraction after death on extraction point in arbitrations

Title pretty much says it all. I just had an arbitration mission where 3 people died on extraction point and I was basically forced to leave because I was automatically picking up revive tokens, which lead my max hp to drop to ~100 (it seems tokens stack beyond just 5). I couldn't revive anybody without extracting myself because they all died too far into the extraction zone.

Such cases could be fixed either by changing revive tokens to pickup on key press (X is default for that on PC I believe) like it is with Ayatan Stars, continuing extraction timers for people who die on extraction point in arbitration or shortening extraction timers in missions where you can extract alone.
