Updating Laucher.... Forever!

T.T ok so I have had some issues in the past with this warframe update system. I was playing today 2/19/2013 and I had just cleared a level. When I got to the main menue it said PLEASE EXIT GAME FOR AN UPDATE.

So I exit, it says its updating and makes an update. AFTER that it says looking for more updates and just keeps saying "updating" but there is no bar and its been a good 40 minutes. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM? Is there anyone would would be willing to use skype or team viewer (or another form of remote access) to help me fix this problem? I am not tech savy :/

Btw comment ideas to help me try and fix this I would love you guys forever.

Already did a restart and modem rest.

Also..... eventually it gets to a point where it just says RETRY. This is very upsetting,

make sure your anti virus software and firewall is not blocking the game. If possible, add the game directory to your list of exceptions on both. And try restarting your computer, or make sure in your task manager that the evolution engine isn't running.
