Dry Dock's deco limit should be 700 not 400

Per the title I 'was' working on a rather nice project. Except my project was cut short due to the Dry Dock having an abysmal 400 capacity is extreme. Large garden rooms which are much much smaller than the Dry Dock can accept 500 decorations. The Inspiration halls which make sense having 1,400 but the clan halls being worse than large gardens? The Dry Dock is a massive tile and should reflect it's scale with more decoration capacity. I wouldn't complain too much about this but I am honestly annoyed my project was cut off by such a trivial limitation.
