i love arbitration mission type and how it encourages you to use different frame in that game mode however some frames don't need 300% extra power strength frames such as loki will never need power strength 

my change would be you get a bar that states 300% you then improve the stats  being (strength, range and duration) up to 300% max. this would encorage more players to use make more diverse builds for arbitration and feel they are extra strong with any frame.
