Messaging Issues

Just looking for help here. I’ve been dealing with messaging issue since the Kuva liche update in December, specifically within the trade chat. I can not receive messages back from anyone, but I can send out messages to players. Ive sent messages to my clan members and they have responded but I never receive the message. This makes making trades quite difficult. I’ve put out a ticket on February 12th, and initially they stated that I must have been on a ban. To which I asked if I was on a ban shouldn’t I be made aware so that I don’t repeat the infraction? Then they stated it was my internet connection. I informed them that my daughter, who also  plays warframe, has no issue receiving messages on my Xbox when she is logging in under her name. I’ve also went on her Xbox and logging in and I still can’t receive messages in return.  I switched to a hot spot to show that my connection isn’t the issue, which it wasn’t. Then they wanted me to change my settings, which I did and it still doesn’t work. Lastly, the wanted me to factory reset my Xbox, which I did and it still didn’t resolve the issue. Now I’m still trying to redownload all the games I had in my system and I still do not have the ability to receive messages. I’m just asking if anyone else has had this issue and if you were able to resolve it, how did you do this. I’m going on month four of no access to receive messages back from anyone.
