Chasing Sentients from Lua

I had an idea that after you complete the Chimera Prologue and begin the New War (and have built a railjack) you could unlock the option to chase sentients that spawn on Lua into space, and have some sort of mission where you track them or scout the area.  You could even just use the tilesets for railjack because there are a bunch of items of orokin debris that have doors that you could make actual places you could explore to find them, and you could find some hidden orokin stash/cache along the way.
