Manus, A Warframe Concept

Warframe:  Manus.

Stats:
Armor - 250
Energy - 200 (300 at max rank)
Health - 175 (525 at max rank)
Shield - 100 (300 at max rank)
Sprint Speed - 1.25

 

Description:

An ethereal Warframe of pure punishment and torture who dawns a coat of knives, bound by his every command. 

 

Passive (Razor's Chance):

Sharp weaponry [Swords, Heavy Blades, Sword and Shield, Throwing Knives, etc.] gain an additional 50% chance to proc Slash, regardless if such weaponry have Slash damage or not.

 

1st Ability (Ionizing Deliverer):

Upon casting, Manus sends out a wave of knives from his coat that seek out enemies and allies within 10m around him for 10s. [Cannot be recasted during the duration of the knives seeking for enemies and allies. Requires line of sight.]

-Enemies hit are affected with a Radiation proc for 12s and 250 Slash damage.

-Allies hit gain Manus' passive for 30s.

-If no enemies or allies are found within the 10s, the knives will return to Manus, refunding half of his Energy spent on this ability.

《Ability Efficiency doesn't affect this ability. Ability Range affects cast range. Ability Duration only affects the Radiation proc duration. Ability Strength doesn't affect this ability.》

 

2nd Ability (Quill Dash):

Manus dashes towards the targetted area with an impact radius of 2m.

- If Manus impacts a surface, knives will shoot out from his coat in a cone of 160° behind him. Enemies hit by the knives are blinded for 15s. Allies hit by the knives are granted a 25% speed boost.

- If Manus impacts an enemy/enemies, they'll be knocked back 5m and will have health orbs radiating off of them for 15s.

-If Manus impacts an ally/allies, knives from Manus' coat are latched onto them, granting them invisibility for 10s with an added cooldown of 15s. [Knives don't stack. One knife per player].

3rd Abilty (Dome Of Splinters):

Summon a dome of knives from Manus' coat that surrounds 10m of the targeted area for 20s. Enemies who touch the dome are dealt 20 Slash damage/s. The damage increases over time if said enemies enter the dome [Cap is 60 Slash damage/s]. Allies and Manus who enter the dome are granted a sphere of knives around them, granting them a 65% Damage Reduction that lasts until the ability ends.

4th Ability (Total Torment):

Manus unleashes his coat of knives, revealing his ethereal form and the ability of flight. In this form, Manus has his armor reduced by 45%, and his attacks are limited by his swarm of knives which he can manipulate to his will <{Like tons of controllable versions of Titania's Razorflies}>  that deal Slash damage depending on the number of knives [25 knives = 250 Slash Damage]. Pressing the melee attack button makes Manus hurl his knives. Holding the attack button while the cursor is on an enemy/enemies will mark them. Releasing the button will send out the knives, attacking the marked enemy/enemies in the order they were marked.

Manus retains the capability of casting his abilities, which are altered to better suit his this form:

- Casting his first ability, the knives will seek out enemies and allies for 10s. Enemies hit are impaled to nearby surfaces and receive a lingering radiation affect and doubled the amount of Slash damage. Allies hit will receive Manus' passive for 30s.

- Casting his second ability, Manus will transform into a sphere of knives and dash towards the targeted area with an impact radius of 5m. If a surface is hit, his ethereal body will explode dealing 500 Radiation Damage to nearby enemies. If enemies are hit, a Radiation chain will begin, dealing 250 Radiation Damage/s to enemies in this chain. If allies are hit, they are granted 5s of invulnerability.

- Casting his third ability, he becomes a mobile version of his Dome Of Splinters that surrounds 5m around him for 20s. Enemies who touch the dome are dealt 80 Slash damage/s. The damage increases if said enemies enter the dome [Cap is 140 Slash damage/s]. For each enemy that enters the dome, their armor is stripped doubled by the number of enemies [20 enemies = 40% armor stripped] and 20% of the armor is given to Manus and his allies.

Ability Range affects altered Ionizing Deliverer cast range, altered Quill Dash impact radius and Dome Of Splinters dome radius.》

 

Augments:

 

Ionizing Lure (Ionizing Deliverer Augment):

If enemies or allies that were hit by the knives die, they'll leave behind a geyser of 10m [Affected by Ability Range mods] that lures enemies into them, dealing 25 Slash damage to them. Damage scales with current enemy level.

 

Ephemeral Dash(Quill Dash Augment):

Upon casting, Manus leaves behind a trail of irradiated knives. Enemies who step on these knives are put to sleep for 20s [Not affected by Ability Duration]. Allies who step on the knives will be surrounded with an aura of 2m [Not affected by Ability Range] that, upon enemies attacking them, will also be put to sleep for 20s.

 

Dome Of Conversion (Dome Of Splinters Augment):

Enemies who enter the dome have a 25% chance [Not affected by Ability Strength] to assist Manus and his allies for 20s [Affected by Ability Duration].

 

Total Fear (Total Torment Augment):

Once casted, enemies become terrified of Manus' true form. This causes them to drop their weapons and enter a panic state, attacking fellow enemies in an attempt to run away. This encourages Manus and his allies, granting them an increased 20% damage output and 35% speed buff [Affected by Ability Strength].
