One of the things that Warframe has been lacking is something like "Endgame Content". PoE's Map Room/Atlas System was one of the most unique ways of enticing endgame. It allowed players to craft their own experience. I think Warframe is probably capable of such a feature and it would still make sense in the lore as well.

Of course the rewards are always going to be something that needs further deliberation, but I think at least if some sort of similar feature or system would be made then a lot of players looking for things to do beyond what is already there would be satisfied.
