Conservation: NPC dialogue inconsistencies

In Plains of Eidolon and Cambion Drift specifically, the presence of conservation animals in the wild by default leads to situations where one of these animals is killed unintentionally (e.g. being anywhere near a fight), prompting a "disappointed" reaction from the conservation NPC of the area. This is discouraging, because it feels like punishment for failing at a task the player had not even taken on in the first place. I suggest that these dialogue responses should only trigger after a conservation trail has been activated, for consistency.

Separately, in many cases the NPC will end up describing the animal's species and type twice: once on it spawning from the animal call, and again when capturing. However it is not always the case that you get a description after capturing an animal outside of an active trail. It would be nice if we had fewer instances of description in the first case, and more consistent descriptions in the latter.
