Velocipods ignore the player, have bugged hitscan model

May be intentional with healthy velocipods allowing ease of riding them, but even injured ones are completely oblivious and ignore the player even when being shot at point-blank while being ignored by all the other fauna under every circumstance. In addition, parts of velocipod model seems to ignore/let through tranquilizer rifle darts - most notably underbelly and wings, usually forcing one to target upper parts of their carapace for the dart to work at all.
