You can find the same title in reddit posted 4 years ago.

The spawn rate of Power Carrier is ridiculously low. 

I  protected a excavator for 10 minutes and the 1st Power Carrier finally spawned.

I insisted for about 40 minutes and I think there were only 5 Power Carrier spawned.

This made the progress very slow and painful.

Suddenly I realized I'm not playing game,  the game is playing me. 

I wanted to have some fun but I only get annoyed.

then I gave up the mission and don't want to touch this game any more.

At least  before I restore my mood.

By the way, don't fix it for another 4 years or longer please.

I will never enter this stage any more.
