Suggestion: make each Damaged Necramech Weapon Part drop always available

So, we can now do just one stage and have a chance at a Damaged Necramech Weapon Barrel/Receiver/Stock (although at pitiful rates, but not the point here).

But in all three available Isolation Vault bounties, it's the same part, changing every 3 hours.

What...?

Suggestion: keep the 3-hour cycle, but cycle the parts through each bounty, so all three are always available to drop. Example:
First cycle
Tier 1: Barrel
Tier 2: Receiver
Tier 3: Stock

Second cycle
Tier 1: Stock
Tier 2: Barrel
Tier 3: Receiver

Third cycle
Tier 1: Receiver
Tier 2: Stock
Tier 3: Barrel

It's 3 parts, 3 bounty tiers—coincidence? I THINK NOT!
