Warframe upgrade/skill trees?

In terms of future plans for the the progression/leveling system in Warframe, are there going to be more upgrades so that by maximum warframe level we can't get every upgrade? Or are we going to be able to unlock everything as we can at the moment?

Also with each Warframe will we be able to further customise abilities? For instance lets use the Trinitys skills as an example;

1. Well of Life

- Upgrade 1: Hitting the target steals more life

- Upgrade 2: Ability lasts longer on target

- Upgrade 3: Targets a single ally instead and allows target to steal life from any target

2. Energy Vampire

- Upgrade 1: Increases the maximum energy that can be stolen (lets face it there should be a cap to how much energy that can be stolen).

- Upgrade 2: The Trinity graps the target, stunning it and stealing its energy.

etc...

You wouldn't be able to get more than one mod for each ability. Just like a normal Are Pea Gee.

Warframe mods should also do more role specific stuff (not elegantly expressed).
