Unless somebody's had a similar issue on the forums and did something like reinstall Warframe or remove a firewall exception (I'm throwing out ideas here, I've no idea if this will actually fix it), there's not much we can do to help as we don't have access to the back-end private data to see what happened to the Pt. If you submitted it a while ago, submit another ticket, or send a reminder in your existing ticket. As a consumer you have a right to the goods you purchased, be it digital or physical, they are legally obliged to fulfill the transaction. ------ I'm surprised the DE ticket staff couldn't help you, when something in the market cost me twice what it should have they refunded my the 75 Pt pretty darn quickly.
