Necramite failed to appear on map during netracell

I was doing a solo Netracell run and all is well until I need to destroy the second necramite, at which point the game fails to mark its location on the map and I cannot progress. I attempted to break every necramite I came across to no avail, and ended up dying and restarting the run. Hopefully this issue is known or easily remedied so as few people are affected as possible.
