J.Waterflame Posted Monday at 05:49 PM Share Posted Monday at 05:49 PM The day before, I started to craft the "Keratinos Blades" and "Keratinos Gauntlet", in the game itself. Today, I opened up the companion app to claim the blade and gauntlet. However only "0" prompt shows and the items stays as being claimable. I haven't received anything and when starting up the game, I can't claim it in the foundry itself. In the worldmap in the top right, it does tell me that I have two claimable items. Is there a way to fix this? Or do I have two unclaimable ghost items now? Sorry if this has already happened Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Having bought the blueprints, I started fabricating it and during said fabrication, I gave it to the deimos family to increase the relationship status. Meaning the blueprints were given away during the fabrication. Maybe buying the blueprints again will resolve it? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
