Can't help you here on the forums with ticket stuff sorry.

I think they have a system for tickets though.

A support staff checks your ticket and assigns a level of priority to it. Usually happens within the work week.

Tickets that aren't critical are put into the queue that is 2+ weeks long to start the resolution process. Most tickets are put here.

And then there are some instances where a ticket is easy to solve and can be resolved by those support staff.

 

The FAQ states "it can take about two weeks to receive a response" but from personal experience and some others it is more like double that time.
