account reset back to zero when game goes live?

I hope they do let me keep everything I bought, just reset the levels and mods. When the game is launched, people will still be buying new frames or new weapons with platinum so it won't be truly "Even" right off the bat, sure they'll all be level 0 and have level 0 items, but you'll see players running around with more advanced characters and weapons. What I'm worried about, is seeing people run around with frames I bought with my money already, and seeing newer players with them would be a bit frustrating to me.

Just my opinion of course... And my money.

Pretty much this I don't see a need for a wipe, unless the game is going to include player versus player doesn't make sense to make a wipe.

There are no plans for a wipe. We just reserve the right to in case something drastic in our database needs to change. I will investigate an optional wipe with IT before Closed Beta ends.

You should wipe IMO. This puts all older players at the same level as any players who join the game when it goes live and helps everyone find games.

The hardcore players will get their gear back soon enough.

Thing is, no one rly minds a reset, we just mind losing the mods and stuff IMO

You'll get your mods back by the time your warframe is 30.
