An Official Warframe Timezone Clock Would Be Nice

The Cicero Crisis swaps between day and night every 6 hours. Problem is, I have to launch Warframe and go into a mission to see if it's day or night. I'm too lazy to calculate when the event started and see where it would be at the moment, as I'm sure many others are too.

 

So I'm thinking an official clock could be displayed in the launcher/forums/website that is the official reference point between timezones -- could be called the Tenno Standard Time. But more importantly, add a small section near the clock with a special message like "Moonlight is on!" . Basically, an off-game notifier, like the Alert Missions on Twitter, but on the website. It would avoid similar problems in future events and provide convenience for all.
