Ogris Not Exploding?

Every now and then the ogris rockets decide just not to deal any damage. Not even to myself. It sometimes happens about 4 times in a row and seems totally random. I've had this weapon for quite a long time, couple formas and what not and this bug seems just to happen as of late. This seems not to happen when you fire in a stationary, elevated place but a lot when you're on the run and shooting straight forward.

 

I know this -should- belong to the bug forum but it just won't let me post there.

That^^ is very relevant. I was about to complain a while back when I did a bit of wiki research and found out Punchthrough mods make the rockets go through the environment. Which prevents them from dmging the enemy

Nope. I tried with and without, with just happens more often. Without it happens every now and then.

At first I thought it was just my current match that was lagging, but I've now seen it in multiple games with different hosts - about every third or forth rocket simply won't cause any damage. This is without anything except Serration.
