One of the rarest melee weapons in the game when it comes to usage. I'm here to change that, this weapon became a real gem in Damage 2.0

 

 - 100% Proc chance for Electricity on Jump Attack

 - Knockdown on Jump Attack

 

These two facts combined makes it an immensely powerful CC tool! The Electricity status effect stuns enemies for a few seconds when it hits, and the damage is pretty sweet. Combined with the arcing nature of the proc, this gives you a huge AoE on Jump Attacks as well!
