Glaive Shouldn't Bounce... On Kill

I have just got the Glaive Prime. It is pretty fun. ButI was wondering why it bounces on kills if it cut the enemy in half. It just doesn't make sense to me. I understand the Kestral bouncing no matter what because it is an impact weapon. But the Glaive is more like a saw blade. I think the Glaive should only bounce if it doesn't kill someone. If the glaive kills someone they get cut in half so the blade should keep on going. Thoughts?

I agree with this, it feels unrealistc.

I noticed it doesn't completely "bounce off" but it glances off; the angle at which it proceeds is skewed, but it's not like a complete reflection that's almost unjustifiable.

Think: If something meets resistance at an angle, while traveling at a speed that can travel through that source of resistance, it's not going to come out going completely straight.

I think it's great the way it is.
