Now i know what you are thinking, "really the miter, that thing sucks" yes it kinda did, but now the thing has crazy slash dmg and decent impact/puncture. but now with the cicero mods adding an extra 60% proc chance for a total of 40% proc chance on the miter (just the cicero mod no other proc chance mods), but at rank 21 (potato no forma..yet) mods are

serration (7/10 thing is a *@##$ to fuse)

shred (max)

speed trigger (max gotta charge fast)

cicero mod (max)

stormbringer (3/5) i have a maxed one

lots of proc chance, shredding through people. its pretty good. i'd recommend trying it.
