Targus100 Posted February 16, 2014 Share Posted February 16, 2014 Honestly with damage numbers popping up every 1/10th of a second the only thing needed now is give it proc per damage number than per second. Whenever it sums up, roll procs. The damage numbers now are bearable but the damage is still leaving me looking at other weapons 98% of the time.
