Mayowa05
In short - I really have no clue what is going on. There should be some kind of tutorial explaining how the system works. For example I know in the upgrade tree there is the mod slots function, but it seems like I already have 8 mod slots ? Aslo do mods automatically equip and where do I select them from if they don't or I want to switch them out for better ones? Also I decided to go pro on my Volt and I find multiple areas in the tree which have Overload ability. Is there a difference between them or does it act in a similar way to Shock boost where it upgrades my Shock? Refrigerator
You should try to explore youself or you won't have anything to explore . The 8 mod slots at the bottom is not equip , it is just a mod that you've in your inventory and compatible with your gun . When you unlocked your mod slot in upgrade tree , you can drag them to equip it . Yes , it cost money . And click apply to confirm . If you want to change your mods , simply just drag the new one that you want . The cost will display on the right side . The BOOST upgrade tree is just a boost . Yes , it upgrade it in some ways . Like my Loki , Invisibilty boost , the invisibily last longer ( and it wont expose when I attack ) .

Scyfle
Did you already unlock that boost? If so, then the boost will be deleted out of the name.
