I can agree with the notion of adding some sort of a scanner to the lanka to allow for us to make use of its 5m punch through.

 

That said however, the weapon does suffer when compared to the newly buffed bows. Rather then increase the damage of the lanka however, I wonder whether it might be feasible to instead boost its status chance to allow the weapon to fill a different niche.
