Seeking Help. Or Food

Alright man, now don't panic. Panicking is the number one cause of getting killed because you weren't paying attention. Now, If you don't already posess one, you need to buy an advanced mouse, I suggest the logitech G600:

This thing comes with 12 side mounted thumb buttons, plus a 3rd mouse button for your ring finger that acts like a shift key, making those 12 worth 24. Programmed right (and with practice), you can move, use abilities, and do everything you can with a standard keyboard and mouse using just one hand.

This leaves your left hand free to shovel food into your mouth. There are several ways you can accomplish this, but personally I recommend a mini-fridge. You can stack it next to your computer, store all kinds of things in it that you can now use without compromising your ability to game, soda, sliced cheese (for cheese and crackers), sandwitches, pizza, you name it. Put a microwave on top of that bad boy, maybe add in a portable stove [ramen, bottled water not in fridge] if your housing arrangements allow that sort of thing, and you got yourself a delux college level kitchen. And you don't even have to move your &#! out of that chair it's fusing to. Now, the important thing is to ensure that these are not just next to you, but front of you next to the monitor. You have no idea how often you're gonna end up killed (maybe not in warframe, but certainly in other games) if you have to look away for two seconds to set a timer on your microwave. You need to put it so that you can glance at it out of the corner of your eye without taking your main focus off the screen.

Now, this may or may not be a possible setup depending on how much space you have and where you put your PC case, but with a little creative stacking and maybe a desk or two, you can manage to fit most if not all of this stuff in little more then 2-3 square feet.

If you can't manage to get this kind of setup, or aren't willing to spend the money, there are cheeper alternatives. A lunchbox with a cooling pack and some plastic bags can keep a couple sandwitches, or some cheese and crackers, fresh for hours. Additionally, a simple pair of scissors can enable you to open bags of chips or junk food one handed with relative ease after a little practice. Still, without the mouse this will prove difficult. At best, you'll be able to grab a bite or two when you're on a loading screen or waiting for the inevitable 'one guy' at the extraction.

In any case, the important thing to remember is preparation. It takes time for a computer to boot up and if you're quick enough and possess storage space there is really no reason why you should lack food.
