It was have the System Map somewhere in the ship, so will it have the Arsenal, Foundry, Codex...etc in the ship somewhere. As we travel the System within our own personal starship. I also ask these questions, however I don't think you should be able to build more "rooms" like as Dojo. Maybe build something but not as good as Dojos.
