[Suggestion] Mod Ui Improvements

Instead of arranging the mods into certain categories, I think it would be a lot easier to implement a filther option instead.

Some filther options would be:

1.) Show your current equipped frame specific mods.

2.) Show weapon mods categorized by Main Weapon, Sidearm and Melee Weapon.

3.) Show duplicate mods only.

On a related note, we need a remove all mods button. Maybe 1 for All warframes, 1 for Main Weapon, 1 for Sidearm and 1 for Melee and a global remove mod button. I think even just the remove all would be awesome!
