Player Customisation On Ranking/weapon Upgrades On Ranking

I am new to warframe but i noticed something, the player ranking.

Its nice to have a separate level sistem for the player , not only the warframes or weapons but how about we use that ranking to earn specific bonuses?

For example you are level 0 of course you got nothing to gain, but once u reach level 1 u are givven the option of choosing from 3 buffs : increase xp gain for all weappons / increase dmg resistance for all warframes by x% / increase dmg done by weappons by x%

also with the new rank u have the option of upgrading your owned gear.(one upgrade per rank)

one upgrade for a weappon would mean +1 base dmg, maybe improove acc by a bit or improove fire rate and so on, instantly for platinum or in a x hour time for credits.

uppon reaching level 2 another set of 3 bonuses : cance to crit with all weapons +5% / increase base shield ammount by 25 / regenerate 1 hp /25 s also rank 2 weappon upgrades became available.

and so on.

This will let players customise their warframes for their specific desired role. Some people like to have bulky characters capable of sustaining tons of dmg, others want to hit once and hard, others want to hit fast and with low dmg but high crit chance and so on.
