Let Me Use Some Abilities Whilst Downed.

When ember wants to throw a fireball, she sticks her arm out realy fast and it flies out, why she can't do that along with firing guns when sitting down I don't know. 

 

I don't think we should be able to use all abilities when downed, but it'd be good to use a few.

If every frame can use their first ability when downed, explain how Slash Dash/Rhino Charge would make sense? Besides, it wouldn't be fair if some frames can use abilities when downed and others can't. Not to mention, guns are better in the end.

I didn't say 'first ability'. For excal, he could probably still use radial blind. 

 

 

And guns aren't better in the end, especially if you've picked a bad weapon or you don't have ammo.
