I'm not a computer expert, so here are some things I do know about my laptop: Windows 7, 4.0 GB RAM, 64 bit operating system, and an Intel®Pentium® CPU B950 @2.10 GHZ 2.10 GHZ I solve the problem, but I don't know what to do... can somebody please help me?
