Mod Blueprints

After playing the new patch for just over 20 hours I still have yet to find a shield increase mod.

Then I thought of something, what if we could buy or find blueprints to some mods. These could be special blueprints that can't be fused to an existing mod, but can only be fused to. Like a starter, so to say. This way you can't just manufacture a load of mods and use them to upgrade a mod you already have, but fo finally get a common or even uncommon mod you (frustratingly) haven't come accross yet but is almost too important to live without. Like having extra shields.
